Modestou EGM approves buyback

During the AGM of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd., Mr. Andreas Panayiotou was elected as a new Board member in place of Mr. Andros Nicolaides who retired. Mr. Kyriakos Koutsoftas was also elected as a Board member for the new period.
Following the AGM, an EGM took place during which approval was given for the company to proceed with buyback of own shares in line with current legislation.
