Board changes for Aqua Sol

The Board of Directors of Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd. announced that on 12 September 2001
the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders took place during which,
(a) The Report of the Chairman and the Audited Accounts of the Company on
2000 were approved
(b) After the resignation of all Directors of the Company, as it is provided in its Articles, the following were elected as new Directors:
Yiannis E. Panayis
Antonis Paschalis
Demetris Marinos
Peter Stephenson
the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders took place during which,
(a) The Report of the Chairman and the Audited Accounts of the Company on
2000 were approved
(b) After the resignation of all Directors of the Company, as it is provided in its Articles, the following were elected as new Directors:
