Orphanides warrants exercisable 31.10-9.11.01

Orphanides Supermarkets Ltd. reminded warrant holders of the company that according to their terms of issuance, the exercise period of warrants 1998, at the price of 75 cents (two warrants represent five shares of the company of 20 cents nominal value each), is between the 31 October to 9 November 2001.

Therefore, the 19 October 2001 is the last day of trading of warrants on the CSE.
