Success for Glory’s Euroinvestment Fund in Bosnia
Glory Worldwide Holdings Ltd. announced the following concerning the activities of its subsidiary Euroinvestment a.d. in the Serbian Republic of Bosnia.
The relevant authority for privatizations in the Serbian Republic of Bosnia, Direction of Privatization RS, announced on the 12 November 2001 to the companies managing the privatisation investment funds, the final results of the voucher offer to the public and their distribution to the under privatisation companies through the investment funds.
Euroinvestment Fund, whose management is undertaken by the subsidiary of the Group Euroinvestment a.d., achieved excellent results –
Total number of stockholders of the investment fund - 28.961.
Total number of vouchers invested in the fund – 1.082.895
Total value of capital of the investment fund – KM 102.656.754 (approx. CYP 30 mln)
Total number of stocks of the investment fund – 105.866.280
Nominal value of stock of the investment fund – KM 0,97 (approx. CYP 0,27)
Nominal value of vouchers – KM 94.80 (approx. CYP 26.00)
