Caramondanis secure new contracts

The board of Caramondanis Bros Ltd. announced the following:
New contracts
The Group has signed new contracts for electromechanical services amounting to CYP 4.185.000. These include a contract for the Paralimni Hospital of CYP 2.6 million and the construction of a prefabricated 25-class school at Kato Polemidia worth CYP 500.000, which will be constructed by the group’s subsidiary TEU Conservices Limited.
Resignation of a Board Member
Mr Andreas Androutsos submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors, which has been accepted. The board of Directors expressed their gratitude to Mr Androutsos for the valuable services he has rendered during his term as a member of the Board.
