Telia Aqua acquisition of Psaragora Gorgona

During a board meeting of Telia Aqua Marine Ltd. of the 1 February 2002, the company announced the following in accordance with Regulation 81(1), section VI, part I, paragraph 3 of CSE Regulations:
The acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the company “Psaragora ‘Gorgona’ Ltd.”, a fish wholesale and retail company. The acquisition price is CYP 30.000 on the fair value of assets of the company.
On the date of the acquisition, 1 February 2002, the following were appointed as board members of Psaragora: Costas Charalambous (Director of Telia) – Director and Secretary, Yiangos Kourtellas , Christophoros Christophorou and Georgios Andreou – Directors.
The company stated that there are no agreements between directors of Telia and the acquired company.
