New Euroinvestment & Finance shares trade 1.3.2002

The CSE Council announced that according to provisions of Regulation 73, it has accepted for listing 18.731 ordinary shares of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd. which resulted from the exercising of warrants of the company. The new shares will be incorporated in the listed share capital of the company which will reach 18.018.894 shares.

The new shares will commence trading on Friday 1 March 2002.
