Caramondanis propose dividends of 5%

During the board meeting of Caramondanis Bros Ltd. of the 18 April 2002, the audited results of the group for the year ended 31 December 2001 were approved and the date of the AGM was set as the 13 June 2002. It was also decided to propose gross dividends payments of 5% of the issued and paid up capital of the company.
