Christis approve final results

During the board meeting of Christis Dairies of the 8 May 2002, the audited accounts for 2001 were approved and which did not show any variations from preliminary results published on the 26 March 2002. The exact profits for 2001 before taxation was CYP 498.476 and after-tax profits were CYP 346.557.
It was decided to call an EGM for the 26 June 2002 for endorsement of a special resolution authorizing the board for buyback of own shares of the company for the twelve-month period 26 June 2002 to 25 June 2003, according to relevant legislation.
The board appointed Mr. Pavlos Economides as a new member of the board.
