Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd. announced that during its board meeting of the 8 May 2002, the final audited results of 2001 were approved. Results do not show variations from preliminary results already published. The board set the date of the AGM as the 14 June 2002 at the Forum Intercontinental Hotel in Nicosia at 5.00 p.m.
