Aqua Sol: Dividends of 1 cent

The board of Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd. announced that at its meeting which took place on 21 May 2002, it considered and approved the final audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on 31/12/01.
The final audited financial results of the Company for 2001 do not present substantial differences from the preliminary results which were announced on 28/3/2002. The exact amount of the profits before tax for the year ended
31/12/2001 is CY£7,909,605.- and after tax CY£6,018,564. Copies of the Financial Statements are available at the Offices of the Company at 26, Nissi Avenue, Ayia Napa.
The board also decided to call the Annual General Meeting of the company on 24 July 2002 at 6.00 p.m. at the Sun Hotel in Larnaca and to
propose the payment of dividend for 2001, 1 cent per share, i.e. for the total amount CY£2,580,000.
It was also resolved to propose as the date on which the shares of the Company shall be ex dividend the Wednesday 7/8/2002. Consequently in accordance with the applicable Rules transactions which take place until Monday the 29 July, 2002 shall be cum-dividend.
