Correction on Aqua Sol announcement of 22.5.02

The board of Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd. with this announcement wish to correct the last paragraph of its announcement dated 22 May 2002 and which is substituted and read as follows:
"It was also resolved that as from 29/7/02 the shares of the company are traded without the right of receiving dividend (ex-dividend) and that all the shareholders recorded in the Registry of Members of the company on 7/8/02 shall be entitled to receive dividend. The dividend shall be mail to the shareholders on 24/8/2002."
As a result of the above correction the text of the announcement shall be as follows:
The Board of Directors of the Company AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces that at its Meeting which took place at the SUN HOTEL Larnaca on 21/5/02 has considered and approved the final audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on 31/12/01.
The final audited financial results of the Company for 2001 do not present substantial differences from the preliminary results which were announced on 28/3/2002. The exact amount of the profits before tax for the year ended 31/12/2001 is CY£7,909,605.- and after tax CY£6,018,564.-. Copies of the Financial Statements are available at the Offices of the Company at 26, Nissi Avenue, Ayia Napa.
The Board of Directors has also decided to call the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 24/7/2002 at 18:00 p.m. in SUN HOTEL Larnaca and to propose the payment of dividend for 2001, 1 cent per share, i.e. for the total amount CY£2,580,000.-
