MSV: Changes in the administrative structure

During the meeting of the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd that took place on July 24, 2002 at 9:30 am, the following were decided:
1. Mr. Kyriakos Koutsoftas was reelected as a Managing Director to the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd.
2. Mr. Andreas Panayiotou has stepped down, and Mr. Marios Avraam has taken his position.
3. The compensation of the Managing Directors for the year 2001 was set to CYP 500,00.
4. KPMG was reappointed as the company’s auditor for the years 2002-2003.
The company’s Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account for the year 2001 were approved.
