EURO: Non-audited six-month results for 2002

Please be informed that, during its scheduled meeting that took place on August 6, 2002, the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd reviewed and approved the non-audited consolidated Company results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2002, which are attached along with the President’s speech.
The entire text of the six-month report, which was prepared based on the International Accounting Standard 34, will not be sent to shareholders, but will be available at the Company’s headquarters. Please note that the above results will be published in Phileleftheros newspaper on 9.8.2002.
