CAR: Correction in six-month results

During its meeting on August 28, 2002, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the non-audited, Summary Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2002.
A full copy of the Explanatory Notes and the Summary Intermediate Financial Statements is attached. A copy will not be sent to company shareholders, but results excerpts will be published in the Phileleftheros newspaper on Sunday, September 1, 2002.
Copies of the entire Company Summary Intermediate Financial Statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2002 will be available at no charge from the offices of the Company Secretary at 22B, Evanthous Street, 1st Floor, 1101 Nicosia (tel. 22775000).
