Caramondani: Reminder for exercising warrants
Caramondani Bros Ltd reminds all warrant holders that, according to the issue terms contained in the Newsletter dated May 28, 1999 the last period for exercising the warrants is the five last working days of October 2002 and the last day is Thursday, October 31, 2002.
The warrants’ exercise price is 80 cents per warrant. Every warrant exercised will be converted to one share of nominal value 25 cents and will be equivalent to an existing share (rank pari passu). The new shares resulting from the exercise of warrants will be registered in the Central Registry and will be listed in the CSE.
Owners of warrants who would like to exercise them must complete and sign the related Notification at the backside of the Share Purchase Right Certificate, declaring the number of shares for which the warrant is exercised and deposit it along with the required amount during the period of exercise (the five last working days of October, 2002) as follows:
a)Cash/cheque at the company’s registered office, LBS Lakoufis Business Services Limited, Evanthous 22b, Agios Andreas, Nicosia (tel. 22 775000).
b)at any Hellenic Bank store, by depositing the amount due to bank account number 119-01-001615-02 to Caramondani Bros Limited.
The company encourages warrant holders to seriously consider the share’s trading price at the CSE during the time of exercising the Warrants. It is noted that at the date of this announcement, the share’s price is lower than the Warrants’ exercise price. It is also noted that, based on CSE regulations, the last day of trading for Share Warrants at the CSE is Tuesday, October 15, 2002.
