The Board of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces the following:
1.Aegisthos Hotels Ltd
Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd has agreed the acquisition of 100%of the share capital of Aegisthos Hotels Ltd against the sum of CYP 965.000.
2.Piece of land in Paphos
The Company has agreed with Adrasteia Hotels Ltd the acquisition of a piece of land in Peyeia against the sum of CYP 900.000.
3.Piece of land in Ayia Napa
The Company has agreed with Polyphimos Hotels Ltd the acquisition of a piece of land in front of the tourist village ‘Panthea’in Ayia Napa against the sum of CYP 1.000.000.
4.Piece of land in Protaras
The Company has agreed with Polyphimos Hotels Ltd the acquisition of a piece of land next Pantelia, Protaras against the sum of CYP 400.000.
5.Piece of land in Protaras
The Company has agreed with Ermioni Hotels Ltd the acquisition of a piece of land adjoined to Narcissos Hotel Apts against the sum of CYP 250.000.
6.Villas acquistion
The Company has agreed the acquisition of 3 tourist villas adjoined to Panas tourist village in Ayia Napa against the sum of CYP 120.000 each. Two of the villas belong to company Yianmarie Properties Ltd and the other to non-related person.
The Board of Directors has appointed a two-member committee (formed by one BoD member and other) to proceed with the above buys on behalf of the company.
For the aforementioned buys the Company has received estimates from Antonis Loizos and Partners and Roi Nikolaides and Partners, who adopt the above prices.
The above investments is thought to be quite important and profitable for Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd -their operation is expected after 2004 – and it is a solid proof of company’s constant attempt to improve products and installations.
