With reference to its announcement on 24/9/2002 concerning Company’s new investments, the Board of Directors of Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd announces adding information:
1. For AEGISTHOS HOTELS LTD
A. Company’s Consultants are Mr. Antonis Paschalis and Mr. Yiannis Panayis.
B. Company’s shareholders are ASP & K Paschali Ltd and Yiannis Panayis.
2. The members of the Committee appointed to proceed with the investments on behalf of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD were Mr. Demetris Marinou (BoD member) and Mr. Haris Papadopoulos (Corporate Finance Manager of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD.
3. The parties and Company’s shareholders are related as follows:
a. Mr. Yiannis Panayis and ASP &k Paschali Ltd are shareholders of:
· AEGISTHOS HOTELS LTD
· ADRASTEIA HOTELS LTD
· POLYPHIMOS HOTELS LTD
· ERMIONI HOTELS LTD
