With reference to your letter on October 9, 2002, we would like to announce that:
1. Paragraph 23(5), Part IV, Annex F’ (Regulation 81(1))
The six-month report announcement was published on daily press
2. Paragraph 23(4), Part IV, Annex F (Regulation 81(1))
The report was published on Phileleftheros and Simerini on August 29, 2002. The report quoted that the complete six-month report of Company’s financial statements could be collected by the beneficiaries from Company’s offices.

We attach an explanatory report of Company’s results and perspectives
4.International Accounting Standards 34 and 39
We wish to inform you that the accounting principles and management adopted in relation to investments are in accordance with the International Accounting Standard 39. We also inform you that the paragraph concerning International Accounting Standard 25 has been included through an oversight.
