G. Hadjikostas resigns from Caramondani

Caramondani Bros Limited announces that Mr. George Hadjikostas has submitted his resignation from Company’s Board of Directors as he has organized a Cooperators Group, which intends to make an offer for the Supervision Contact of the Five Marinas that will be constructed with a self-finance.
Due to the fact that our Company will compete for the contract of Construction and Administration of the marinas, Mr. Hadjikostas - for reasons of ethics – will not remain a member of the Board.
The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to Mr. Hadjikostas for his valuable services to the Company.
