Euroinvestment: Reminder for exercising warrants

Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd announces that the exercise of warrants (Warrants 2000/2002) can take place any date within December 2002, while their last trading date will be 27.11.2002. Warrants may be exercised until December 31, 2002 to company’s registered office or any branch of the Bank of Cyprus Ltd (Account: 0189-05-004669), the Popular Bank (Account: 116-31-006205) and the Hellenic Bank (Account: 119-11-025213-00) submitting the required amount that corresponds to the number of warrants to be exercised (CYP 0.50 per warrant) by cash or cheque to Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd-warrants, declaring the name and ID number of the warrant holder, as well as the number of shares for which the warrant is exercised. It is noted that at the date of this announcement, the share’s price (CYP 0.21) is lower than the warrant’s exercise price. All warrants 2000/2002 terms are included in Company’s Prospectus dated 5.6.2002.
