Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd would like to announce that the Board of Directors is to convene on Monday, February 17, 2003 to examine the preliminary results for 2002, proceed to the relevant announcement for the indicative FY 2002 results and decide over the payment or not of a dividend for the financial year 2002.
