In accordance with the CSE and SEC Regulations, we wish to inform you that the financial results of MODESTOU SOUND & VISION LTD for the year ended December 31, 2002 are expected to be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2001.
Losses are attributable to the negative economic climate on the retail market in 2002, which has resulted to the reduction of TV sales and the fall in the gross profit margin for 2002 against 2001.
