The Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces that in its meeting on Tuesday 25/2/2003 approved the indicative consolidated results of the Group for the year ended 31st December 2002. Copy of the relevant results as well as the analysis are attached and shall be published on Thursday 27/2/2003 in all daily newspapers.
