The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday, April 3, 2003 to examine, inter alia, the following:
(a) the audited final results of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2002.
(b) The setting of the date and place for the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
(c) The approval or not of a dividend
(d) The rotation of the Board members
