Telia: Final FY 2002 results – AGM on 14/5

On the meeting held on April 3, 2003 at the Company’s registered office, the Board of Directors of Telia Aqua Marine Ltd dealt with the following issues:
1. Examined and approved the final audited consolidated results of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2002. The results are attached.
2. Decided that the Annual General Meeting will take place on May 14, 2003 at the Hilton hotel at 4.00 pm
Copies of the final results for the year ended December 31, 2002 as included in the Annual Report will be available from the Company’s registered office, “ALITHIA COURT”, Pindarou and Androcleous corner, 5th floor, Nicosia.
