Caramondani approved final FY 2002 results – AGM on 29/5

On the meeting held on Thursday, April 3, 2003, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided the following:
a) Approved the final audited results of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2002
b) Set the date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
c) Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend
d) Set the rotation of the Board members
The Board of Directors would like to inform investors that the loss after taxation for the year 2002 increased from CYP 404,000 to CYP 590,000. The increase resulted from the rise in provisions on tax of the previous years due to the recent settlement of tax obligations.
Pursuant to the CSE Circular No 07/2002, copies of the final results will be available from the Company’s registered office, 11 Mnasiadou, 1st floor, Nicosia from Tuesday, April 8, 2003 until the date of dispatch of the results to the shareholders.
