Euroinvestment approved final FY 2002 results – AGM on 28/5

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd has approved the final audited results for the year ended December 31, 2002. The Annual General Meeting of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd will take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at 5.00 pm at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia.
