Aqua Sol: Proposed dividend of 1 cent

The Board of Directors of the Company AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces that at its Meeting which took place at the SUN HALL Larnaca on 23/5/2003 decided that during the Annual General Meeting dated 20/6/2003 submit a suggestion / proposal to the Shareholders of the Company, for the payment of dividend for 2002, one cent per share, i.e. for the total amount of CY£2,580,000.
It was also resolved that as from 30/6/2003 the shares of the Company are traded without the right of receiving dividend (ex-dividend) and that all the Shareholders recorded in the Registry of Members of the Company on 2/7/2003 shall be entitled to receive dividend. The dividend shall be mailed to the Shareholders on 18/7/2003.
