On the meeting held on 06/06/2003 at 10.00 am at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminas Avenue, 1st floor, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd decided the following:
Reelected Mr. Vasos Modestou as Board member of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd.
Reelected Mr. Marios Avraam as Board member of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd.
Set the remuneration of the Board members for 2002 at CYP 500,00.
Reappointed KPMG as auditors for 2003-2004.
Approved the profit and loss account and the balance sheet for the year 2002.
