Aqua Sol: Profit warning for the first half of 2003

Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Regulations, Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd would like to announce that the forecasts for the financial results of the first half of 2003 are expected to be lower compared to the results of the corresponding period of 2002.
This decline is attributable to external factors, such as the ongoing economic recession worldwide, the problems in the tourist sector in the European countries, the impacts from the war in Iraq and the drop in tourist arrivals to Cyprus.
The economic situation of the Company remains strong and the Company is in the position to meet its commitments.
