We wish to inform you that on the meeting held in August 28, 2003, the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2003. The results are attached.
The financial statements, which were prepared pursuant to IAS 34, will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available free of charge at the Company’s Head Office and will be published in newspaper Phileleftheros on 30/08/2003.
