As a first step the Company plans the construction of holiday houses in three plots of land, which were bought in September 2002. The plots were originally intended to be used for the expansion of existing hotel units. The specific plots are located next to “NARCISSOS HOTEL APTS”, “PANTELIA HOTEL APTS” in Protaras area and next to “PANTHEA TOURIST VILLAGE” in the area of Ayia Napa.
