SEC: To the Attorney General the guidance of prices of Aqua Sol

The Security and Exchange Commission announces that it has completed the examination of the case concerning the possible price manipulation of the titles of Aqua Sol Hotels for the period 2000-2002, which regards the possible violation of the Article 67 of the CSE Laws of 1993-2002.
The case, which concerns, inter alia, the possible involvement of Aqua Sol Hotels Ltd officers and a stockbroker firm was sent to the Attorney General of the Republic to be decided, from the evidence made available to him, if there is a case of criminal responsibility that justifies the criminal prosecution of the likely offenders.
