Modestou: Profit Warning for 2003 results

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the Company’s shareholders and the investing public in general, Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd announces that the financial results for 2003 are expected to be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2002.

This decline is mostly attributable to the permanent impairment in the value of investments.
