With reference to the application of Caramondani Bros to the Nicosia District Court for the dissolution of New Marathon Tours Ltd, we want to inform you that our Company proceeded to the payment of the amount of £35,000 to the benefit of Caramondani Bros in agreement with the legal advisers of Caramondani Bros and our legal advisers and has requested the suspension of the case. Today, February 6, 2004, the Nicosia District Court decided to suspend the case for March 26, 2004.
