Atlantic: Termination of insurance agent appointment agreement

ΑTLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD wishes to inform its shareholders and investors in general that the Agreement for the appointment of insurance agent between Atlantic Insurance and Astrobank Insurance Agency Ltd has been interrupted with immediate effect. 

The Management estimates that, as a result of this development, annual gross premiums will decrease by 4.0%. The impact on the Company's annual profitability is estimated at approximately 200 thousand euros.
