Altrecom: Application to the CSE for the delisting of the company's titles from the Emerging Companies Market

We would like to inform the investing public that following a decision by the Shareholders of Altrecom PLC (the “Company”) on the 18th of December 2024, the Company is proceeding with an application to the Cyprus Stock Exchange for the delisting of its titles from the Emerging Companies Market.
