Aqua Sol: Final results 2003 on 5/4

The Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD announces that a meeting of the Board shall take place on 5/4/2004 at 10:30 a.m. at SUN HALL Hotel in Larnaca for examining and approving the final financial results for the year ended 31st December 2003 and fixing the date for the calling of the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A relevant announcement shall be sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange, Securities Commission and the daily press.
