In our announcement dated 22/3/2004, it was erroneously mentioned that the payment of the dividend to the registered shareholders will be carried out on May 31, 2004. Due to the fact that May 31, 2004 is a holiday, the payment will be transferred on May 28, 2004. As a result, the shareholders registered in the Company’s Registry on May 28, 2004 will be entitled to dividend.
The share will trade ex-dividend on the two sessions preceding May 28, that is May 26 and 27, 2004.
The aforementioned changes are subject to approval of the Annual General Meeting to take place on May 19, 2004.
