Modestou: Final results 2003 – AGM on 4/6

At the meeting held on April 27, 2004, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd decided the following:
1. Approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2003. The results are attached.
Copies of the final results will be available at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
2. Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2003.
3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 4, 2004 at 10.00 am at the Company’s registered office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
4. The Annual Report and the Invitation for the AGM will be posted to the shareholders prior to the General Meeting.
