The Annual General Meeting of Modestou Sound & Visions Ltd held on June 4, 2004 at 10 am at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, decided the following:
1. Reelected Mr. Christakis Modestou as Board member of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd
2. Reelected Mr. Panayiotis Modestou as Board member of Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd
3. Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2003 at £500
4. Reappointed KPMG as auditors for 2004-2005
5. Approved the balance sheet and the profit and loss account for the year 2003.
