1. EXAMINATION OF FIRST HALF RESULTS
The Board of Directors will meet on August 6, 2004 to examine and announce the first half results for 2004.
2. PROFIT WARNING
Pursuant to the CSE and SEC regulations, Christis Dairies Ltd announces that the financial results for the first half of 2004 are expected to show losses compared to a profit of £231,164 in the corresponding period of 2003.
This decline is attributable to the realignments in the sector from the Cyprus accession in the European Union.
The results for the second half of 2004 will show improvement and will cover the losses of the first half.
