At the meeting held on August 26, 2004, the Board of Directors examined the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2004.
The results are attached. Copies will not be posted to the shareholders, but will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on Sunday, August 29, 2004.
