Euroinvestment: Six-month results 2004

We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on August 31, 2004, the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd examined and approved the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2004. The results are attached. The six-month results which were prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34 will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in a national newspaper. Copies will be available at the Company’s Head Office, 20 Ayias Paraskevis, 2002 Nicosia.
