Euroinvestment: M. Panayides new Board member

We wish to inform you that Mr. Marios Panayides (Economist and Chartered Accountant) has been appointed as member of the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd, replacing Mr. Marios Siakolas, who withdrew recently. Mr. Panayides has been also appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, replacing Mr. A. Economides, who withdrew from the post of Deputy Director.
