The Board of Directors of the company AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD with this announcement wish to inform the holders of shares warrants that the period of exercising the right for acquiring the shares is the period as from 15th to 31st October 2004.
The price for exercising the right is 75 cent per share payable in total at the time exercising the right.
