Aqua Sol: No warrants exercised
The Board of Directors of the company AQUA SOL HOTELS LTD further to previous announcements wish to inform the following:
(a) that no holder/beneficiary of share warrants exercised his right for acquiring shares in the sharecapital of the company.
(b) that the company does not intend to proceed to any further action and therefore the share warrants are cancelled.
