Euroinvestment: Board changes

We wish to inform you that Messrs. Michalis Kolakides, Stavros Lekkakos, Manasis Constantinides and Giorgos Papaioannou, high ranking officials of Piraeus Bank Group SA have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd, replacing Messrs. I. Georganas, G. Mantakas, D. Voukas and G. Ioannidis who have submitted their resignation.
