Caramondani: Board meeting on 28/3 for final results 2004 & dividend

The Board of Directors of the company will meet on Monday, March 28, 2005, to examine and approve, inter alia, the following issues:

(a) The audited results of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2004
(b) The setting of the date and place of the Annual General Meeting
(c) The payment or not of a dividend
(d) The rotation of Board members
